Ms. Obi was born in Nigeria. She received her B.A. in Law from the University of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. She received her Postgraduate Law from Marshall-Wythe School of Law, William & Mary Law School, Williamsburg, Virginia. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2024.

Her experience with insurance companies, risk and compliance, dealings with hospitals, patients, and medical records, and research for the Rivers State Ministry of Justice in Nigeria provide her with great insight and valuable skills to defend workers' compensation claims.

Ms. Obi has been practicing law with the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin since 2024.
