Mr. Spencer was born in Alexandria, Virginia. He received his B.A. from San Francisco State University in 1987. In 1990, he received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine School of Law and was on the Dean’s List and on scholarship. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1990 and is a member of The Orange County Bar Association.

 

Mr. Spencer has been practicing law with the Law Offices of Parker & Irwin since 1990.
